Management

The organisational structure of BIOHYBRID has to assure timely management and achievement of scientific objectives within the budget. To this end, an organisational structure comprising the following Consortium Bodies is set up:

a General Assembly, as the ultimate decision-making body of the BIOHYBRID consortium, a Coordination Board, as the supervisory body for the execution of the BIOHYBRID project, an External Advisory Board, for consultation, and a Management Support Team, managing the day-to-day operations of the project. The Coordinator is the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the Parties and the European Commission.

Organisation in these boards enables the efficient and close interaction between the decision-making and the operational management bodies regarding scientific, administrative and financial aspects of the BIOHYBRID project. WP6 describes the work, milestones and deliverables of the consortium management.

The scientific coordination of the BIOHYBRID project proceeds according to the management scheme below.
